Mr. Moreno is the nicest person EVER.  He is honest, reliable, and doesn't try to push buying a new furnace. He tells it like it is. I made a call because our house temp fell to 54 degrees in the middle of the night when we went to single digits outside this past Friday. I spent a miserable night clinging onto my 10 year old just to keep each other warm. My dear siblings brought us space heaters and I piled on extra blankets just to keep warm. Mr. Moreno came and did a quick assessment, removed the furnace cover, and determined that our sensor was not picking up any signals because it was too dusty inside. He cleaned the inside, re-tested the sensor, and voilá, the flame re-ignited and was no longer continually shutting off. Within minutes my house warmed back up to our set temp of 74 degrees and I was able to turn off all the space heaters I borrowed from my siblings. He charged a minimal fee and even took the time to show me where the sensor is and how to optimize air flow in the house!

Excellent. All work was done per schedule. Ran into one issue following the installation when the AC did not work first time used this year. Vanguard came out right away, determined they'd connected one AC wire incorrectly during the furnace install, admitted their mistake and fixed it right away without charge. Have been using Vanguard for 15 years and Gary (owner) has always given me fair prices for repairs and new equipment, and stood behind his work. Gary always performs the proper calculations to determine the cooling/heating unit size required for your property and will not sell you more than you need.
